Miss Therese Ellis - Online, Online
Purely online
I want to help as many students as I can, but with everyone's busy life's scheduling ONE MORE thing into it is becoming harder to do once you do sport, job, eat, sleep, school. So lets make it easy - tutoring that is only online.
I've been tutoring since I was 18, so for 18 years. I love it, it's one of the best things I have done with my life. The internet opens this world up to helping students in more places. Live locally, learn globally.
I have great rapport with my students, this is the first year I am trying online.
Why am I going online?
I want to see how it can help - is it as good as having someone sitting in the same room as you explaining a concept?
I'm about to start my Masters so I would like greater flexibility than I would have with regularly scheduled students.
I would like to travel but still make an income doing what I enjoy.
I want to help as many students as possible in the hours I have available instead of losing so much time driving to and from houses.
Improve my health.
I want to offer affordable tutoring but still of high quality.
How to do it?
Using Skype / Windows Live and other technologies out there that are free to use and are helpful in teaching.
To keep costs low to you, I'll strive to keep costs low for me.
I am a member of TutorAlive Australia - TutorFinder and have helped many students through this service, and look forward to helping people in other countries.
